Help me support life-saving care at Scarborough and Rouge Hospital. On Saturday, September 30th, I will be participating in Canadian Tire Brave T.O; a new breed of obstacle course inspired by our city’s courageous first responders. Participants will get to experience challenges faced by Toronto’s police, paramedics, and firefighters!
I also encourage you to sign up and get in on the fun! Last year, I completed the 5 km run & obstacles without practice. Personally, I don't like running but I enjoyed the obstacles. When I got tired, I did walking instead of running. If obstacles are too difficult for you, you can do other assigned movements instead. You are welcome to join my team, Indispensables, or form your own team. It'll be fun to do it with a group of friends. Alternatively, you can also run as an individual. If you feel 5 km is too long, go for 3 km run & obstacles or 1 km walk. Looking forward to see you there!
Please support my participation in this exciting event and help me reach my fundraising goal. Your donation will help Scarborough and Rouge Hospital purchase life-saving equipment and support capital projects.
